Requirements

- Experience in SaaS channel sales, partner development, or alliance management.
- Expertise in multi-tier channel models within the SaaS sector.
- Knowledge of reseller, referral, and co-sell models.
- Understanding of partner program design, tier structures, and incentive frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise software procurement and buying processes.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner relationship management platforms.
- Negotiation skills for complex commercial agreements.
- Ability to influence at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire high-value partnerships (Tier 1 accounting firms and global ERP integrators).
- Drive regional partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Develop and refine regional partner program frameworks (incentives, tiering, compliance).
- Establish rules of engagement between channel partners and direct sales teams.
- Collaborate on joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and pipeline reviews.
- Deliver training and certification programs for partner self-sufficiency.
- Lead partner onboarding from contract execution through enablement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for partner pipeline activity.
- Implement performance tracking via Quarterly Business Reviews and executive scorecards.
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and account-based strategies.
