Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS channel sales, partner development, or alliance management.
  • Expertise in multi-tier channel models within the SaaS sector.
  • Knowledge of reseller, referral, and co-sell models.
  • Understanding of partner program design, tier structures, and incentive frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software procurement and buying processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner relationship management platforms.
  • Negotiation skills for complex commercial agreements.
  • Ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire high-value partnerships (Tier 1 accounting firms and global ERP integrators).
  • Drive regional partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
  • Develop and refine regional partner program frameworks (incentives, tiering, compliance).
  • Establish rules of engagement between channel partners and direct sales teams.
  • Collaborate on joint account plans, co-selling strategies, and pipeline reviews.
  • Deliver training and certification programs for partner self-sufficiency.
  • Lead partner onboarding from contract execution through enablement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for partner pipeline activity.
  • Implement performance tracking via Quarterly Business Reviews and executive scorecards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives and account-based strategies.
