Requirements
- Owned end-to-end marketing performance for a BU, segment or revenue line in a B2B environment.
- Comfortable with the full funnel (acquisition through to retention and expansion).
- Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success as commercial partners.
- Coached or managed junior team members.
- Proven ability to operate well in matrixed environments through influence.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a similarly commercially complex sector is a plus.
- Experience working alongside a central / shared marketing function is a plus.
- Startup or scaleup experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the marketing strategy and roadmap for Growth and Scale business units.
- Develop acquisition plans and lead quality loops with Sales.
- Manage lifecycle and retention programs, working alongside Customer Success.
- Track and report pipeline contribution, conversion, and retention impact.
- Line manage, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to two Marketing Coordinators.
- Influence BU leadership and ensure alignment with central marketing.
