- 5+ years of experience building frontend applications with TypeScript and React
- Experience directly managing engineers or leading teams
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers
- Proven experience owning web acquisition surfaces
- Experience with analytics, funnel measurement, and observability
- Strong experience working with headless CMS platforms
- Experience supporting multi-region or localized web experiences
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Solid experience consuming and shaping REST APIs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and support engineers in the acquisition area.
- Act as technical lead for acquisition engineering.
- Own website experience and customer funnels to improve conversion.
- Design and maintain a headless CMS architecture.
- Build CMS-driven frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Implement publishing workflows for compliance and regional reviews.
- Partner with Design to scale a shared design system.
- Mentor engineers and improve frontend best practices.
