Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or comparable role.
- Proven experience in implementing complex B2B or enterprise software projects.
- Experience in facilitating technical workshops with customers or external stakeholders.
- Ability to explain and resolve complex architectural, security, compliance, and integration questions with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent German (C1 level minimum).
- Good English skills.
- Hands-on mentality with an ability to implement architectures alongside the team.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to manage complex project lifecycles.
- Experience with PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/Next.js, Swift/SwiftUI, or AWS/Docker is a plus.
- Knowledge of API design, authentication/authorization, and data protection concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assume technical responsibility for complex customer projects and drive successful delivery.
- Prepare and lead technical workshops with customers and partners.
- Develop architectural, security, compliance, and integration solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate complex requirements into architecture, technical concepts, and actionable tickets.
- Identify technical risks early and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Actively contribute to backend, web, mobile, and integration implementation.
- Perform code reviews and continuously improve platform technical quality.
- Share technical knowledge and take shared ownership of the platform with the senior engineering team.
- Document and communicate technical decisions transparently.
