- 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar field.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel minimum 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by pursuing new and targeted accounts.
- Achieve annual sales and profitability objectives.
- Establish and grow relationships with customers.
- Manage and lead direct reports.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain territory documentation.
- Perform area forecasting and provide monthly project updates.
- Manage claims and quality/service problems.
- Identify new markets and trends for sourcing input.
