Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable
- Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
- Ability to think in systems
- Proficiency with Postgres or similar database technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar)
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects
- Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
- Provide feedback on code reviews and suggest product improvements
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
- Debug and solve technical and business issues
- Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end
- Build reusable agentic workflows and primitives in the codebase
- Use verification loops to ensure code is correct, secure, and scalable
