Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a platform engineering role, with a focus on distributed systems, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with agentic coding and platform development.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, and cloud security and compliance.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
- In-depth experience with distributed systems, including design patterns, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Strong communication skills, especially in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and reliability of our platform.
- Develop and maintain distributed systems, with a focus on performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build and improve our internal platform, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and logging.
- Work with Kubernetes to manage and orchestrate containerized applications, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high availability.
- Participate in the development of our platform roadmap, ensuring that our technology stack aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Ensure that our platform is secure, compliant, and meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the engineering team to identify and prioritize platform improvements.
- Own the end-to-end platform development process, from design to delivery.
