Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Track record of shipping secure, reliable, and scalable production systems
- Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
- Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, instrument verification
- Proficiency with Postgres or similar
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar)
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
- Experience with Elixir and Phoenix (implied by tech stack)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of major team-scoped projects
- Actively participate in product work and suggest improvements
- Maintain understanding of product and engineering domains
- Provide feedback on code reviews
- Contribute to the shared codebase
- Debug and solve technical and business issues
- Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
- Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end
- Build reusable agentic workflows and primitives
