Responsibilities
- Respond to queries on the phone, via email and through remote access
- Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Train computer users
- Train other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Gain feedback from customers to improve training methods
- Write and editing training manuals
- Run reports and analyzing common complaints and problems
