Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or product specialist roles
- Experience managing large portfolios (10+ accounts)
- Startup experience required
- Background in insurance, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
- Experience collecting and analyzing data
- Proficiency with modern tech stack including Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Asana
- Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product expert for Silvur’s Insurance platform
- Design and deliver scalable training programs for partner staff
- Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources
- Own the relationship for 16+ credit union partners
- Lead end-to-end new partner onboarding and program deployment
- Manage quarterly business reviews and proactive check-ins
- Establish and monitor referral tracking and engagement metrics
- Translate partner feedback into actionable product recommendations
- Build automations using AI tools to scale partner deliverables
