- Serve as primary point of contact for SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and agency customers.
- Lead onboarding and platform training to ensure fast time-to-value.
- Drive campaign strategy and analyze account health to identify optimization opportunities.
- Own the full renewal cycle, including forecasting and negotiation.
- Proactively identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Track Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and expansion pipeline metrics.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product to advocate for customer needs and product improvements.
