Requirements

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or eCommerce campaign management.
  • Proven track record owning a book of business against a commercial target.
  • Experience with commercial conversations, including pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce advertising strategies (Paid Search, SEO, Retail Media).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and conduct account audits.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and agency customers.
  • Lead onboarding and platform training to ensure fast time-to-value.
  • Drive campaign strategy and analyze account health to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, including forecasting and negotiation.
  • Proactively identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Track Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and expansion pipeline metrics.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product to advocate for customer needs and product improvements.
