Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, client success, account management, or media planning
- Hands-on experience with DSP platforms, including campaign activation, optimization, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with PowerPoint and client-facing reporting presentations
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cross-channel programmatic campaigns using leading DSP platforms
- Lead client communication through regular status meetings, reporting, and performance reviews
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver clear, impactful performance presentations and reports
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive service and strategic guidance
- Support campaign troubleshooting, execution quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
