Requirements
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or relationship management
- Experience serving high-net-worth clients
- Sales acumen or account retention experience in a high-touch environment
- Ability to learn investment content quickly
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations with composure
- Execution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with TradingView, brokerages (Fidelity, Robinhood, IBKR, Coinbase), Discord, and Airtable
- Native or C2 (Advanced) English language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for every new client
- Establish each client's goals during onboarding
- Contact every client personally once a month via a structured Zoom call
- Resolve 80% of client problems live on the call
- Lead renewal conversations with every client approaching their contract end date
- Collect NSS (Net Satisfaction Score) quarterly
- Identify referral-ready clients and initiate the referral conversation
- Maintain a real-time Client Success dashboard in Airtable
- Represent the client voice in weekly leadership meetings
