Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- 5+ years experience in B2C sales.
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Sales Director leading 50+ people.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2/C1).
- Project management and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and sales metrics.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Form and lead sales teams, providing guidance and motivation.
- Lead a team of up to 7 Sales Supervisors with up to 10 closers each.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and sales processes.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement performance-optimizing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
