Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • 5+ years experience in B2C sales.
  • Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Sales Director leading 50+ people.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2/C1).
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Form and lead sales teams, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Lead a team of up to 7 Sales Supervisors with up to 10 closers each.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and sales processes.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement performance-optimizing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
