Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to property owners in the United States.
  • Qualify leads based on seller motivation, property details, and pricing expectations.
  • Manage and update lead status diligently within the CRM to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
  • Overcome objections and navigate complex conversations with property owners to secure interest.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to handover qualified opportunities for closing.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach targets to support the company's aggressive growth goals.
