- Knowledge of Org Design, Organizational Development, Change Management and Talent Management
- Data-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Polish
- Advanced English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Oversee critical business areas including Product and Engineering teams
- Partner, advice and coach leaders at all levels on management issues
- Contribute to developing Talent strategy and lead key initiatives
- Participate in core PX global projects and initiatives
- Manage end to end the people process within your areas of responsibility
- Support employees with daily inquiries from onboarding to offboarding
