- Oversee critical business areas including Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner, advise, and coach leaders at all levels on management issues, organizational design, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to developing talent strategy including performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives from the specialist areas, representing the needs of Tech teams.
- Manage end-to-end people processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support employee inquiries and provide guidance on learning and development opportunities.
