Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex, hard-to-fill roles across global markets
- Develop and iterate multi-channel sourcing approaches: Boolean, talent mapping, community sourcing, referral networks, and beyond
- Leverage AI tools and modern sourcing technology to surface hidden talent and work faster and smarter
- Build market intelligence and talent maps to inform hiring strategies before a search even begins
- Partner closely with recruiting leads to shape the search brief, not just execute it
- Maintain clean, structured pipeline data and translate it into sourcing insights
