Requirements
- Degree in Education or a related field; graduate degree highly encouraged.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competence and alignment with Edify's mission.
- Experience in teacher training, professional development, or educational program management.
- Proven experience coordinating assessments or examinations across multiple cohorts or countries.
- Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learner data.
- Strong understanding of assessment design, marking, moderation, and quality assurance principles.
- Understanding of adult learning design principles and online curriculum creation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data quality and process improvement.
- Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ.
- Teaching qualification or classroom teaching experience.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted assessment tools and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end assessment process for teacher and facilitator programs across multiple countries and cohorts.
- Manage assessment modules and learner records within TalentLMS, Salesforce, and Drive.
- Develop and refine assessment rubrics, AI-assisted grading workflows, and moderation frameworks.
- Recruit, train, and support a global team of markers and facilitators.
- Analyze learner and assessment data to drive continuous improvements in curriculum and training materials.
- Define and revise quality standards for online training and assessment delivery.
- Collaborate with regional leads to ensure consistency and alignment across global programs.
