Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience (Unity or similar).
- 3+ years of mandatory experience in iGaming, specifically slots and crash games.
- 2+ years in leadership roles (Tech Lead / Team Lead / similar).
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, RNG, and game math.
- Experience working with multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and decision-making mindset.
- Solid communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of iGaming projects including slots, crash, and instant games.
- Oversee up to 4 parallel projects via Tech Leads.
- Ensure consistency in architecture, performance, and development standards.
- Act as the key technical decision-maker for gambling products.
- Support and mentor Tech Leads to scale delivery.
- Identify risks and ensure stable, predictable production.
