Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Engineering Management.
- Track record of end-to-end platform ownership.
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or integration-heavy systems.
- Experience managing ambiguous problems without predefined backlogs or processes.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and distributed systems.
- Ability to investigate production issues using logs, dashboards, and SQL.
- Ability to build mental models of complex existing systems to identify risks.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to quantify business impact.
- Prior experience as a team lead, solutions architect, or engineering manager is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production incidents, support cases, and system metrics to eliminate root causes of high-impact problems.
- Identify and quantify the cost of technical weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and product debt.
- Establish a structured, lightweight process for tracking and prioritizing platform issues.
- Review partner integrations to surface missed capabilities and new connection opportunities.
- Maintain a transparent roadmap balancing reliability, technical investment, and business goals.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, urgency, engineering effort, and long-term value.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, and external partners.
