Requirements
- Product leadership experience at both an AI startup and a larger/non-startup company.
- Deep knowledge of the AI infrastructure, compute, and inference product landscape.
- Track record of owning roadmaps and shipping technical products end-to-end.
- Strong customer-facing skills in discovery, prioritization, and working backwards.
- Ability to lead engineers and collaborate effectively with a VP of Engineering.
- Working fluency in inference, RL, or GPU compute to earn engineering trust.
- Strong product intuition and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Include links to products or platforms shipped and examples of owned roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap across inference, RL/post-training, and GPU compute.
- Talk to customers directly to understand their needs and prioritize them.
- Translate customer needs into working-backwards documents, PRDs, and requirements.
- Lead engineers day-to-day and partner with the VP of Engineering to ship products.
- Work with technical business development to incorporate market signal into the roadmap.
- Make product decisions under uncertainty and ambiguous conditions.
