Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Proven experience building user-facing products, preferably in fast-moving environments.
- Strong systems thinking skills with experience untangling complex operational workflows.
- Comfort working in complex environments with numerous edge cases.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and leverage metrics to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation or LLM-based workflows is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or insurance-related product operations is preferred.
- Exposure to workflow automation and internal tool design.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine product offerings for clients and BCBAs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop creative solutions to address pain points and manage the product backlog through feature prioritization.
- Act as a subject matter expert for client and industry needs.
- Lead product development pods alongside Design and Engineering teams.
- Define product requirements and user stories to guide development teams.
- Measure project impact, communicate progress to leadership, and iterate on solutions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product direction.
- Analyze platform user feedback and activities to drive iterative improvements.
