Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role like forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Deep interest and curiosity for AI systems, including modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to dive into API design and system architecture.
- Technical proficiency with SQL and ability to conduct data analysis to validate hypotheses.
- Experience working with or understanding technical stacks such as CRM, GitHub, and Replit.
- Pragmatic approach to navigating technical tradeoffs and implementing platform standards.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Manage the technical prioritization queue for chatbot development and coordination.
- Influence AI investment decisions by tracking and evaluating emerging technologies like voicebots.
- Own the OpenAI relationship and Jerry's presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to align on architectural execution.
- Perform prompt engineering workflows and analyze technical bottlenecks across the tech stack.
