Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical roles such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Strong technical background with the ability to dive into API design and system architecture.
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses.
- Experience with prompt engineering and managing AI model workflows.
- Familiarity with technical stacks including CRM, GitHub, and Replit.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, strategic ideas as production-grade products.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse internal audiences.
- Pragmatic approach to managing technical tradeoffs and implementing platform standards.
Responsibilities
- Migrate and consolidate prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Drive the strategy, sequencing, and execution of the AI platform roadmap.
- Prioritize the technical chatbot queue while minimizing process overhead.
- Manage the partnership with OpenAI and coordinate Jerry's presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging AI technologies like voicebots and computer use for investment.
