Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning complex cross-functional technical projects.
- Proven background in IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments without a defined playbook.
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Track record of driving stakeholders and maintaining accountability without heavy oversight.
- Comfort working directly alongside engineers and IT specialists.
- Ability to understand and translate technical infrastructure and security discussions into clear plans.
- High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries (nice to have).
- Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance programs like SOC 2 or HIPAA (nice to have).
- Experience managing device management or endpoint rollout programs (nice to have).
- Submission of a 1-2 minute Loom video walking through a technical project owned end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous executive direction into structured execution plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
- Own end-to-end project timelines and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Partner with engineering and IT leads to break down technical initiatives into executable plans.
- Coordinate delivery timelines for infrastructure rollouts, vendor implementations, and internal platform migrations.
- Maintain accurate status updates and documentation to ensure project visibility for leadership.
- Lead project meetings and synthesize discussions into actionable items.
