- Strong communication skills for building alignment across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively

Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team
- Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables
- Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments
- Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana
- Prepare project summaries and updates for leadership review
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency
- Assist in implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution
- Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department
