- Experience leading complex engagements at VP and C-suite level.
- Professional services or management consulting background.
- Expertise in designing agentic workflows including model selection and prompt architecture.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
- Experience with enterprise-scale systems, multi-business unit complexity, compliance, and security.
Responsibilities
- Shape direction and identify business process changes.
- Recommend process redesign and workflow ownership.
- Design end-to-end solutions combining human and agentic workflows.
- Identify high-leverage agentic workflows and design reliable handoffs.
- Navigate organizational complexity and build coalitions.
- Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Maintain involvement through delivery and hold accountability for outcomes.
