Requirements
- 5–10 years of commercial experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries
- Hands-on experience negotiating and executing complex contracts
- Strong understanding of deal processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience with federal entities like DOE/DOD preferred
- Familiarity with state permitting or licensing processes
- Exposure to renewable PPAs, thermal assets, or infrastructure development
Responsibilities
- Drive progress on late-stage commercial opportunities including NDAs, LOIs, and definitive agreements
- Coordinate contract development and execution with internal and external counsel
- Track deal milestones and dependencies
- Support negotiations and resolve gaps between commercial intent and executable agreements
- Coordinate state-level engagement and regulatory touchpoints
- Track state-specific requirements and approvals
- Organize opportunities with DOE, DOD, and national laboratories
- Coordinate inputs for timely government submissions
- Work across Regulatory, Legal, Permitting, and Finance teams
