Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote).
- Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM and e-commerce channels.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time by car, plane, or train.
- Availability to travel for conferences/events including evenings, weekends, and international locations.
- Must possess a current passport.
- Advanced relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience driving sales results and managing growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual contract negotiations and implement strategic plans for host agencies.
- Forecast annual organic growth and integrate new business.
- Prospect for new production sources and underwriting opportunities.
- Support trade shows and conferences with marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and event plans.
- Execute penetration strategies to activate independent contractors.
- Manage sales and cooperative marketing budgets.
- Leverage technology and social media for training and engagement.
- Maintain advisor database in Salesforce and report on account targets.
- Submit expense reports in compliance with company guidelines.
