Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles combining architecture guidance and solution validation.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and GitHub products in software delivery.
- Practical background in modern software development, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Ability to design and communicate architectures spanning multiple teams.
- Skill in facilitating technical discovery and workshops with executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical discovery guidance regarding Microsoft ecosystem investments and development workflows.
- Design solutions for secure, scalable software delivery throughout the lifecycle.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations and demonstrations mapped to GitLab capabilities.
- Facilitate proofs of concept and proofs of value to validate solution fit.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on strategic account engagements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to position GitLab relative to GitHub and existing Microsoft tools.
- Create reusable assets and technical frameworks for field guidance.
- Relay field insights and customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
