- Draft and roll out the team's customer discovery-question playbook.
- Document customer builds as case studies for onboarding.
- Convert integration-classification frameworks into one-page decision guides.
- Support connective tissue between Solutions Engineering, sales, and product teams.
- Track team-sourced expansion opportunities and revenue-ranked product signals.
