Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 12 to 15 years’ experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architect role
- Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or architecting complex ERP applications
- Mastery of software licensing models for major enterprise ERP and database platforms (SAP, Oracle, IBM)
- Deep, cross-platform knowledge of enterprise applications and technology stacks
- Experience with application and database security frameworks (PCI, NERC, CIP)
- Knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and hybrid deployment models
- Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Strong public-speaking, facilitation, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Account Executives to support and influence sales opportunities across North American markets.
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs, address challenges, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Product teams worldwide to secure accurate pricing, delivery approvals, and alignment on solution feasibility.
- Deliver compelling presentations on Rimini Street’s services and support model—virtually and in person.
- Develop comprehensive scoping requirements that define the services to be delivered, ensuring clarity and accuracy for downstream execution.
