- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors and align activities with customer business cases and strategies.
- Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices.
- Help customers realize value and return on their Specright investment.
- Facilitate a community of Specright customers and share best practices and lessons learned.
- Identify and grow opportunities in collaboration with sales teams to support growth, retention, and renewals.
- Assess customer requirements, service adoption, and corporate structure as they relate to Specright rollout and adoption.
- Drive ongoing feature enablement and disseminate application and vertical best practices.
