Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center solutions engineering, infrastructure design, or related technical engineering roles
- Strong understanding of data center architecture, construction practices, and hyperscale infrastructure environments
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and translating technical requirements into customer-facing deliverables
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, procurement, and operations teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for site and OEM engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evaluation of data center solutions
- Support RFP/RFI processes and sales engineering materials
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement
- Assist implementation and construction teams
- Maintain internal knowledge libraries
- Support Salesforce data on capacity and development tracking
- Contribute to procurement coordination for OFCI equipment
- Participate in technical documentation and site visits
