- Lead and execute hiring across multiple regions and functions
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close high-quality talent
- Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, GTM, and administrative roles
- Manage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing
- Lead hiring efforts across international markets (e.g., India, Japan, and other regions as needed)
- Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring norms
- Proactively source both active and passive candidates using a variety of channels
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
- Provide guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation insights
- Ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Effectively manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups across multiple time zones
- Utilize ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse to manage pipelines and reporting
- Post and manage roles across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boards
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and hiring efficiency
