Requirements

  • 7+ years in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles.
  • 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
  • Experience in start-up environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, messaging patterns).
  • Proficiency in conversational AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
  • Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
  • Familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs, specifically Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and demo tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows.
  • Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Lead client onboarding sessions to gather business requirements.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues.
  • Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Train customers on platform maintenance and flow building.
  • Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently.
