Requirements
- 7+ years in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles.
- 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
- Experience in start-up environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, messaging patterns).
- Proficiency in conversational AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
- Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
- Experience integrating with CRMs, specifically Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Strong business acumen and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and demo tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows.
- Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Lead client onboarding sessions to gather business requirements.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues.
- Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Train customers on platform maintenance and flow building.
- Manage multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently.
