Requirements
- 4+ years in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation.
- 2+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, web services).
- Proficiency in conversational AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
- Front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
- Familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
- Experience integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Start-up experience.
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows.
- Configure and integrate platform with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Lead onboarding sessions to gather business requirements and define project goals.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues.
- Guide UAT with clients to ensure goals are met.
- Participate in training sessions for customers.
- Ensure successful go-live execution and transition to support.
- Coordinate multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently.
