Requirements

  • 4+ years in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation.
  • 2+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, web services).
  • Proficiency in conversational AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
  • Front-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON).
  • Familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
  • Experience integrating with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Start-up experience.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows.
  • Configure and integrate platform with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to gather business requirements and define project goals.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues.
  • Guide UAT with clients to ensure goals are met.
  • Participate in training sessions for customers.
  • Ensure successful go-live execution and transition to support.
  • Coordinate multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently.
