Requirements
- Software development experience in at least two of: Python, Java, Go.
- API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment.
- Technical debugging: log analysis, code analysis, end-to-end transaction tracing.
- Networking expertise including cloud and on-premise networking.
- Experience in at least two of: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services, Support Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Security & audit experience.
- Professional presentation and interaction skills.
- Project planning and execution capability.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and methodical.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain your role as the customer's primary technical advisor.
- Work with customers to onboard new datasources and implement custom integrations of Glean.
- Build and provide tools, templates, and documentation for customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand the use of Glean within the customer's business application architecture.
- Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources.
- Align technical plans with customers and Glean Customer Success.
- Assist with issue identification, troubleshooting, and remediation.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements.
- Be an active member of the Glean customer technical community.
