Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or commercial discipline.
- Background in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, supply chain, or medical device commercialization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
- Experience presenting to senior executives.
- Strong understanding of hospital buying processes.
- Experience with CRM software and Marketing Automation (Salesforce and Pardot).
- Expertise in MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning and messaging architecture for Casechek's solutions.
- Build and sharpen buyer personas across the hospital buying committee.
- Create ROI models, value assessments, and business cases for Sales.
- Develop go-to-market and commercialization plans.
- Build sales enablement toolkit: playbooks, battlecards, and discovery frameworks.
- Turn customer outcomes into case studies and success narratives.
- Run Voice of the Customer programs and market intelligence research.
- Own competitive intelligence and differentiation strategy.
- Partner with Product Management to influence solution development.
