Requirements
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Virginia (LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience working with youth or young adults
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
- Experience with EMR and outcomes software
- Evening and Saturday availability required for full-time roles
- Comfortable integrating modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Participate in case discussions
- Maintain consistent and predictable weekly schedules
- Provide high-quality mental health care to adolescents and young adults
- Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients
- Collaborate with care teams to develop new skills and perspectives
