Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
- Valid independent or associate licensure in Ohio (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT).
- Experience with teens and young adults.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
- Experience with EMR and outcomes software.
- Confidence integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus).
- Availability for evening hours to meet client needs.
- Availability for 12-40 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Participate in case discussions to leverage the expertise of others.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients.
- Engage collaboratively in a virtual care team environment.
- Provide high-quality mental health care to clients.
