Requirements
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Louisiana (LMSW, PLPC, PLMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth or young adults
- Confidence in integrating multiple clinical modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software
- Evening and Saturday availability required for full-time roles
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Participate in case discussions and collaborate with clinical teams
- Maintain steady caseloads with predictable scheduling
- Develop and deliver personalized care
- Facilitate group therapy sessions with up to 8 clients
