Requirements
- Must hold a valid, active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) in the state of Texas.
- Proven clinical skills in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care approaches.
- Experience or interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Proficiency with technology including Zoom, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a W2 employee.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Manage a caseload according to selected schedule (part-time or full-time).
- Engage in weekly drop-ins and tight-knit clinical community activities.
- Participate in regular peer consultation and monthly case conferences.
- Utilize EHR and telehealth platforms for clinical documentation and service delivery.
