- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care
- Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults
- Maintain 15+ or 25+ hours of weekly availability for client sessions
- Participate in regular peer consultation and case conferences
- Engage with clinical community via weekly drop-ins
- Document sessions using EHR platforms
