Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Must hold licensure in Utah
- Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms such as Zoom, EHR, and Slack
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Maintain a caseload of 15+ or 25+ clients depending on status
- Participate in weekly clinical drop-ins and peer consultations
- Attend monthly case conferences
- Engage with the neurodivergent-affirming clinical community
