Requirements
- Must be a licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care
- Telehealth experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Maintain clinical records and documentation using EHR platforms
- Engage in weekly peer consultation and monthly case conferences
- Participate in specialized training on neurodiversity-affirming approaches
- Communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Manage a caseload based on professional availability
