Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience
- 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience
- Experience in MCA/short-term lending, Payment Processing, Financial Services, or Consultative Sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred
- Experience with Tableau/NICE a plus
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Responsibilities
- Provide daily sales/partner support for the ISO Partner Manager teams
- Assist in the ISO onboarding process
- Update and maintain partner contact information and records in Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Operations
- Communicate promptly with partners via phone, email, text, and messaging
- Respond to/initiate partner inquiries regarding funding, balances, and modifications
- Collect required onboarding documents
- Oversee all ISO recertification tasks
