Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Direct exposure to Salesforce-enabled processes
  • Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
  • Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes (lead management, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, order management)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and influence prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders across assigned workstreams to understand current-state challenges, process friction, and desired outcomes
  • Apply strong discovery discipline to diagnose root cause and advise on solution paths
  • Challenge and refine business asks to ensure requests are grounded in measurable outcomes
  • Conduct initial intake review of enhancement requests and create structured business justifications
  • Support informed prioritization decisions using HLE outputs
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce CoE on requirements clarification, solution validation, and prioritization
  • Maintain process documentation and translate technical changes into business-focused messaging
  • Identify and apply AI capabilities to improve L2C processes and delivery
