Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or a related role
- Direct exposure to Salesforce-enabled processes
- Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
- Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes (lead management, opportunity management, quoting, contracting, order management)
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce in a B2B environment
- Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and influence prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring AI tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across assigned workstreams to understand current-state challenges, process friction, and desired outcomes
- Apply strong discovery discipline to diagnose root cause and advise on solution paths
- Challenge and refine business asks to ensure requests are grounded in measurable outcomes
- Conduct initial intake review of enhancement requests and create structured business justifications
- Support informed prioritization decisions using HLE outputs
- Collaborate with the Salesforce CoE on requirements clarification, solution validation, and prioritization
- Maintain process documentation and translate technical changes into business-focused messaging
- Identify and apply AI capabilities to improve L2C processes and delivery
